Impact absorption has to be the most important priority when selecting a floor for high impact fitness activities. This is the main point of difference between a traditional sprung timber floor and an everrollŪ composite floor.
A traditional sprung timber floor will only deflect in response to a large weight rebounding concurrently (area elastic deflection), an everrollŪ composite floor offers individual deflection (point elastic deflection) for each patron according to their body mass.
